Mr Pankaj is Co-Founder, Director & Principal Consultant of CAREER SHAPERS HR Consulting P ltd. After having rich experience of 6 years ,as HR professional & Business Analyst in corporate , ventured into HR Consultancy & launched CAREER SHAPERS HR Consulting P ltd decade back to take on the challenge of the exciting and booming Executive Search & HR Advisory Business. He is a qualified Engineer with more than 16 years of HR experience.
His core expertise is Talent Search having Special Expertise in providing recruitment solution to Automobile & Banking / Finance Industry. Apart from that he has been successfully providing HR solution & Training. Mr Pankaj is currently Hon. Sec cum Treasurer of Executive Recruiters Association(ERA) Delhi Chapter.
